1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data is collected

Contact form. When you submit the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address, company or project name (optional), and the message you wrote. This is processed via Formspree, a form-processing service.

Analytics. This site uses privacy-respecting analytics that does not collect personal identifiers (IP anonymisation, no cross-site tracking). See section 5.

Server logs. The hosting provider may retain standard server logs (request URL, timestamp, IP address) for security and troubleshooting.

3. Lawful basis

Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to your enquiry is the purpose for which you provided the data. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

4. How long data is kept

Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to respond to and, if applicable, progress the enquiry. If an engagement begins, the data becomes part of that engagement's records. Enquiries that do not progress are deleted within 12 months.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics is active, it uses minimal or no cookies and does not track you across sites. You can block analytics in your browser without affecting the site's function.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email alizahidrajaa@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the contact form after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
