The offer

Provenance Assessment

Two weeks, one pipeline. You leave with signed evidence you can show an auditor, a regulator, or a board — and an honest list of what you still can't prove.

Four questions. All four should be yes.

Tick each one that's true for your team. This is the same filter I apply on the free call — it saves both of us time.

Tick the boxes above.

A deliverable you can file, not a deck you'll lose

A written readiness report

A concrete gap list mapped to the duties that apply to you — EU AI Act record-keeping and transparency, ISO/IEC 42001, or the Gulf guidance. What you can prove today, and what you can't.

Signed evidence for one workflow

One end-to-end trace through a real workflow, graded link by link and signed — the artifact you can show when someone asks “where did that answer come from?”

A coverage map

A plain-English statement of what the evidence does and doesn't cover, written for your counsel or compliance team to review.

A clear next step

Whether that's an annual licence, a second assessment on another pipeline, or nothing at all — I'll tell you straight, including when the honest answer is “you don't need me.”

What actually happens

Scope and inventory

We pick one consequential workflow and list every model, agent, tool and source in its chain — versions, locations, owners.

Classify and map

Which frameworks apply to this system, and which specific duties (logging, transparency, documentation, oversight) map to which part of the pipeline.

Trace one real decision

We instrument a single end-to-end run and capture the actual chain a real answer travelled through — not a demo path.

Grade and sign

ISNAD grades each link, caps the chain at its weakest link, and signs the record. Where the evidence is thin, we say so.

Write the report

You get the readiness report, the signed evidence, and the coverage map — plus my recommendation on what to do next.

Transparent, because the work is defined

$5,000

for the first 2 design partners · €7,500 after · two weeks · one pipeline

Payment by bank transfer: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Credited in full toward an annual licence if you sign within 60 days.

What this is not

A technical readiness review — not an Article 43 conformity assessment and not a notified body. It does not make a system conform with any regulation, and it is not legal advice.

Questions I get asked

No. This is a technical readiness review. It is not an Article 43 conformity assessment, I am not a notified body, and it does not make any system conform with any regulation. It produces evidence your own counsel or auditor can use.
Then this isn't the right engagement yet. The assessment is about what a real system actually does — come back when it's live, or talk to me about building it with the evidence layer in from the start.
Yes. I'll sign yours before we touch anything. The deliverable is yours; nothing about your pipeline is published without written permission.
Because the scope is defined, the price can be too. If the price is public, you can decide before the call whether it's in range — which filters for serious teams and respects your time.
If you sign an annual licence within 60 days of the assessment, the full assessment fee is credited toward the licence. You're not paying twice for the same work.
Yes — that's what the annual licence and ongoing work are for. The assessment is scoped to one pipeline so the two weeks stay honest; scaling it is a separate conversation.

Ready when you are.
