Isharay, a Pakistani Sign Language translator, placed among the top entries at the Pakistan Science Fair Award in Islamabad — a competition run by Ulster University across four Pakistani partner universities. 50% tuition scholarship toward Ulster MSc in Data Science, AI, or IoT.

I'm one of four people at SHCV, an AI-first enterprise architecture company (OÜ — an Estonian private limited company) building sovereign, GDPR-compliant AI systems for the German Mittelstand. I own the systems layer: agent orchestration, workflow automation, and turning architecture into working software fast.
SHCV's premise is that sovereignty isn't a compliance checkbox — it's an architectural decision made early or not at all. Humans drive. Agents execute.

I graduated with a 2.69 GPA. My first startups failed and I went into real debt. In 2020 I posted a $200 project on LinkedIn and it changed everything. Six years later I have a paper on arXiv. Both facts are on this page for the same reason.
Started building for clients at FAST-NUCES — learning to ship real software under constraints, not classroom conditions.

A $200 LinkedIn post drew 726 reactions. Six interviews before the offer. Negotiated the package up. Landed at Motive building production AI testing pipelines.
Co-founder & Chief AI Officer. Led AI R&D in computer vision and OCR. Grew team from 3 to 12. Presented AI work to Saudi government stakeholders.
